The property is owner-occupied and consists of 35,000sq ft. 7-floor main house, an 8-bedroom guest chalet next door and 2 apartments in the nearby town. The entire property is high-specification with sophisticated technology throughout. The property has its own plant-room on site and there is a large spa, gym and indoor swimming pool. There is also a bowling alley. Each guest room has an iPad. The owners have a large collection of cars, including vintage vehicles, which will need to be maintained. Other duties include snow-clearing, maintenance of the driveway/private road, grass cutting and maintenance of the exterior pipes and drains. Property is air-conditioned and the heating and air-conditioning system are also to be maintained.
Partner should have extensive knowledge in wardrobe management with valet and good laundry skills, ability to care for fine fabrics, packing, unpacking too. Front of house, table service and butler type duties are all part of the role.
There is a 3-year old Labrador dog, which you would also be tasked with caring for.
Finally, candidates must be active and have plenty of positive energy, you will work along the current team, who are the Head of Services, Head of Facilities and household chef and housekeeping team. Candidates may be required to do minor driving duties from time to time.
Ideally suited to a couple who have worked on-board luxury yachts, such as Chief Stewardess and Engineer, or a couple with very strong 5-star hotel experience.

The property is 5-storey, 7 bedrooms and is the part-time residence of Overseas employers with 2 children ages 9 and 7yrs. The family may in the future spend more time in London.
This is a relaxed informal family home but requires a hands-on couple who are self-assured, with previous household experience. The couple will work closely together, handling all duties within the household from general housekeeping –cleaning- washing and ironing – shopping- running errands, occasional family cooking and airport runs. Ideally you will have previous experience of a high-tech environment, have a good understanding of smart systems and be able to deal with the external contractors and suppliers. You will be expected to organise any additional staff for special occasions i.e. drinks party or a dinner when the principals are in London. Fluent English essential.

Experienced housekeeping couple required for large formal house in Central London. The owners are a mature Asian business couple who travel frequently and you will therefore need to oversee security of the property. You may on occasion be asked to travel with the principals.
Duties will include the day to day cleaning of a 3-storey home, washing and ironing to a high standard, caring for the wardrobes, cleaning shoes, running errands, preparing guest rooms, arranging flowers, and serving at table.
One of the couple should be able to cook and prepare occasional light simple meals when the principals are in residence, but outside catering staff are brought in- when there is a dinner party. Asian style cooking is preferred.
One of the couple must hold a clean driving licence, not a major part of the role but as back up to the chauffeur already employed. You must be willing to assist with the care for the cars and assist with minor garden maintenance i.e. sweeping, tidying, weeding, watering pots and caring for the patio areas.
Immaculate and well-presented with a good level of spoken English is essential.
Previous experience in domestic service essential Days off each week are flexible depending on the principals’ schedules, so the couple must be happy to change days off as required. There may also be occasional travel to the owner’s Country estate and a property Overseas. This is a uniformed position.

There is some entertaining when the owners are in residence so it is imperative that you be familiar with correct protocol and front of house duties. The employers are renowned for their attention to detail when it comes to house parties and entertaining. Traditional butling skills are required, together with the ability to act as valet, taking care of a gentleman’s wardrobe, packing and unpacking, bulling shoes, laying out clothes for the Principle. An experienced driver who is used to chauffeuring duties. You should be experienced in polishing silver, brass, caring for fine crystal and china, antique furniture , paintings the cellar and wine collection. Partner to act as Housekeeper/Laundress, expert in the care of fine fabrics and wardrobe management. Must be able to immaculately press and care for haute couture clothing, make minor repairs and organize the day to day running and management of the owner’s wardrobes; again with the ability to pack and unpack. A highly professional couple with excellent formal household background is essential. Some cooking expertise and knowledge would be advantageous.

HOUSEKEEPER/FAMILY COOK/MOTHERS HELP
7AM TO 6.30PM – with breaks -5 DAYS PER WEEK INCLUDING WEEKENDS.
Informal family of six, which includes four children between ages 4 and 13yrs.
The property is the main home of this family, a beautiful 10 bedroom manor house in extended gardens and land. The older children attend day school locally and the eldest 2 attend school six days per week. A nanny is employed 3 days per week, but you will be required to assist with childcare, doing the school run, helping with homework and babysitting when needed.
The housekeeper will run and manage the home on a daily basis with the assistance of another housekeeper. You will need to have previous experience of housekeeping and be well organised and able to manage your time. In addition you will need to be a good family cook, confident in the kitchen and enjoy preparing fresh healthy dishes. The family particularly enjoy Asian, Sushi and Italian / Mediterranean style dishes but love trying new recipes. You will prepare a simple breakfast for the family and children’s tea. However other staff are employed part time and they also cook and undertake housekeeping duties.
Partner will be required to assist with household duties to include general housekeeping- high level cleaning, laying fires, bringing in logs etc. A large part of the role however will be as driver, undertaking school runs daily, caring for the cars and driving the principals when required. You will arrange servicing of the cars, check vehicles daily for fuel and have the cars ready to go at any time.
In addition you will need to clean and maintain the swimming pool and hot tub. Good DIY skills a plus, but a full time carpenter /handyman is also employed overseen by the works foreman. You must be animal friendly as you will need to assist with walking the family dog and feed the deer during Winter months.
Flexibility is key and a fun high energy attitude is essential, this is a very busy family home, relaxed but professional and you need to be great team players. Gardeners are employed too. All staff have been with the family long term, most for between 5 and 10 years.

This is a long-term position and ideally you will show previous experience in a long-term role.
The property is a five-bedroom newly-refurbished home standing in approx. 1.5 acres of grounds. There is an indoor swimming pool and large areas of terrace around the house.
Duties will be day to day housekeeping, preparation of simple fresh family meals from breakfast, fruits, porridge, eggs etc to a small family gathering and entertaining, lots of fresh healthy salads, fish, and grilled meat, stir fries and low-fat curries and pasta dishes. The lady of the house also cooks and is very happy to teach the family’s favourite dishes.
You will need to have good laundry skills and have previous knowledge of packing and unpacking as the family travels frequently. Care of the wardrobes, dealing with dry cleaning and running errands.
Partner to act as driver and groundsman/gardener – with some simple maintenance duties when needed. The grounds are mainly laid to lawn, with hedges, drive ways and terraces that all need to be maintained. The owners welcome a more experienced gardener who would like to develop some areas and create a more user-friendly garden. Not necessarily a qualified gardener, but a keen hobby gardener who likes to engage with developing a garden.
You will need to be a confident driver (Range Rover, Jaguar) as you will need to drive into London twice per week and deal with any airport runs, school runs and shopping trips. You will care for the cars, refuel, and keep them clean and fuelled.
You should be pet-friendly and be willing to walk the 2 small dogs – although the family also walks them.
Salary £850 net per week. Accommodation – 2-bedroom annex with own patio and small garden area. All-found and newly refurbished.
DAILY WORKING HOURS are 06.30am to 1.30pm with a break and again from 5.30pm – 8pm Finish.
DAYS OFF will be half-day Saturday, full-day Sunday and half-day Wednesday. The family are away at least 14 weeks per year and during their absence extra time off and weekends off can be taken. Head Groom:5 & ½ days per week - should be a thorough, reliable, and experienced horse-person. Able and willing to be completely hands-on in all stable and yard duties (including mucking out) but at the same time have the experience to deal with farrier and vets visits, deliveries, stock control and the keeping of accurate records.
Lunging/ long reining experience an advantage, although a rider is not essential. Grooming, trimming and general horse-care essential with attention to detail a priority.
A confident cheerful, willing, hardworking individual who is a good team-player and who can work closely with the owners of the property and take charge when they are away.
Farm Maintenance Worker:Partner to act as maintenance person/gardener on 25-acre property. Duties are varied and you need basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical skills with an ability to drive a tractor plus garden and agricultural machinery and care for the garden.
Part of every morning you will assist the 3 grooms with mucking out the stables and turning horses out in the pastures. The remainder of the day is spent undertaking garden maintenance (mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, spraying etc).
There are duties such as painting and decorating, maintaining fencing, caring for pasture, looking after the building maintenance, the horse-box and cleaning cars – checking oil, water, and tyre pressure levels, etc.

Looking to employ another long-term couple who become part of the family, who are flexible and will take care of the security of the property when the family are away.
The property is an eight-bedroom manor house with extended grounds in a rural location, this is a family home with 2 dogs (Labs) and chickens.
The housekeeper will take care of the interior, cleaning, laundry and be responsible for the organisation and servicing of household appliances, organising window cleaning, purchase household supplies. There is no cooking. An average of 20 hrs per week, with flexibility if the children are home.
The gardener and handyperson should have an enthusiastic interest in the garden and grounds, but need not be an expert gardener. Duties include lawn-mowing using tractor and large mower, care and maintenance of herbaceous borders, field and border strimming and trimming, edging and basic tree maintenance. There is an outdoor swimming-pool and hard-core tennis court to maintain but external contractors are available for specialist tasks. Indoor and outdoor property maintenance, painting, minor repairs when needed.
This family are very hands-on in all areas, madam enjoys gardening and the children are encouraged to help with tasks around the house and gardens too.
Other duties will include walking and feeding the dogs, kennel maintenance and caring for the chickens. There will be some occasional driving to the airport, running errands and general security of the property when the family are away.
