A busy modern family home requires a flexible and enthusiastic residential grounds-person who can fulfill the role of house-person/driver/security/gardener and maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for various duties including maintaining the house, swimming pool, tennis court, bio-mass boiler, cars, and assist the fulltime head gardener. Additional duties will include liaising with and managing external contractors, managing security, driving duties to include early mornings and evenings, assisting with shoot days, etc. Must be pet friendly and any horse experience is a bonus. 5 day working week; generally, Monday-Friday, however some weekend work will be required, so flexibility is a must. All-found immaculate 2-bedroom cottage (100m from house) provided. Salary negotiable based on experience. (CC3537)
