EXPERIENCED DOMESTIC COUPLE
Exp Gardener – Handyperson-Driver- Housekeeper-Family Cook.
40 hrs per week Tuesday to Saturday

Essential Requirements – Both to drive with full clean licence. Enthusiastic gardener who will work as part of the gardening team. Experience with all garden machinery and ride on mowers. Experienced housekeeper with attention to detail. Dog friendly. Excellent English and computer literate.
Our clients require an enthusiastic and practical couple with a friendly and willing disposition for all housekeeping duties/gardening/maintenance on a small estate in West Kent for busy principals.
There is a high proportion of gardening required in immaculate well stocked gardens, working as part of an established small team reporting to the head gardener. You must have knowledge of all garden machinery, ride-on mowers with good gardening knowledge.
Housekeeping duties include general cleaning of a five bedroom house, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, and some basic cooking and food preparation. Attention to detail and high standards essential.
Other duties include house security, property and pool maintenance, car valeting and occasional driving. There will be occasional dog sitting, walking and general day to day care when required.

Salary circa £65,000 Gross with a spacious one bedroom, well-furnished cottage provided. Working a 40 hour week (Tuesday - Saturday) with some flexibility when required. 20 days paid holiday and contributory workplace pension provided. Both must have full clean driving licences and valid DBS, have excellent English and be computer literate. Small well behaved dog welcome but sorry no cats. (CC4010)
