- HOUSEKEEPING COUPLENR MARLOW, BUCKSCOOK-HOUSEKEEPER- MAINTENANCE- SECURITY-DRIVEREssential Requirements – Pro active, experienced hands on couple who work well together and within a small team. Both must drive. Excellent standards of housekeeping and good fresh home cooking. Computer skills, willingness to work weekends and be great team players.Immaculate riverside six bedroom country house in approx. 35 acres. Approx 28 miles from Central London on the Buckinghamshire/Berkshire border.Experienced couple required to work alongside a team of cleaners and gardeners but take responsibility for the day to day running of this very beautiful part residence home. The owner also has a home in London and spends part of the week in London and part of the week in the Country house.The couple are required to have high standards of cleaning, good laundry skills and be very hands on in regards general upkeep of the property. You will be required to care for Antiques, polish silver and brass, lay fires and ensure the house is kept immaculate.One should be a keen and confident home cook, capable to prepare fresh family style dishes utilising the garden produce, vegetables, fruits etc.You will be responsible for household shopping and provisioning.The house has state of the art Alarm systems, CCTV systems and computerised plant room. You will manage the routine checks to the alarm, fire, and security CCTV equipment, electrical and plumbing systems, arranging and overseeing routine maintenance and managing outside contractors.You will be responsible for the daily opening and closing of the house, undertaking any day-to-day general house maintenance and general security of the property.The owner has a small dog (occasional dog walking) and adult children who visit occasionally with the grandchildren. Head gardener and her team of 4 manage the grounds.Salary Negotiable, depending upon experience. Immaculate 2 bedroom cottage which is newly refurbished. 2 days off per week. Both must drive -Car provided. Non Smokers essential. You must be a team player and have impeccable references. Small well behaved dog considered. (REF CC1202)
