Attention to detail taking pride in your work. Flexible with a “can do attitude” Ability to housesit during the owners absence during Christmas and school holidays essential.
Our clients are seeking a Live-in Domestic Couple for their beautiful 4 storey residence in Kingston-Upon-Thames. A large 4 level house is over 2000m2 with Pool, Spa and modern house management systems and a medium sized garden.
The informal family of 3 children and their 2 dogs would like a Domestic Couple, who will stay with them long-term and grow with the family. This role is suitable for long term, there will be good balance between work and free time. No cooking or formal service is required.
Housekeeper Duties required, not limited to:- Daily Housekeeping duties, including ironing and laundry
- Daily cleaning of the 3 bedrooms
- Preparing the 2 guests’ bedrooms when required
- Animal care, feeding and walking the dogs
- Occasionally collecting the child from school (10 min walk)
- House sitting when principals are on holiday
- Preparing for arrival and departure of principals and guests
- Occasionally serving meals at events
- Maintaining the upkeep of the grounds (external & internal)
- Handyman/DIY duties (full training for specialist areas will be provided, if required)
- Occasional airport driving- clean driving licence required.
- Dry cleaning errands
- Overseeing and managing tradespeople and contractors
- Cleaning stainless steel doors
- Providing security
- Swimming pool, spa and gym maintenance
- Provide animal care when required (as above)
- Occasionally assist with serving meals at events
Days of work: Monday – Friday, weekends off. 8.00am-6.00pm. Holidays to be taken when the family are not travelling.
Salary: £70,000-£80,000 gross per annum Start Date: ASAP but January if needed. (CC4105)
