COOK/HOUSEKEEPER/DRIVER/HOUSEPERSON
Essential Requirements – Flexible, pro active, self sufficient experienced domestic couple who work very well together. Confident and experienced cook passionate in regards fresh produce and presentation. Dog friendly. Drivers essential. IT Literate and tech savvy.
Lovely position for long term clients with a beautiful property on the Wentworth Estate.
The main house is five bedrooms and bathrooms, with 3 reception rooms and a large indoor swimming pool and gym.
Duties are mainly “indoor” for both of the couple, which will include the day-to-day housekeeping duties, cleaning, laundry, flower arranging, organising deliveries and supplies and household maintenance. A full-time daily housekeeper is also employed.
Good family cooking will be required. The family enjoy international cuisine, including Asian style dishes. One should serve at table and ideally have good computer skills.
The house has been refurbished to a high standard with state of the art, computerised services. One of the couple will have the technical knowledge and interest to be able to liaise with suppliers and service providers in regards planned maintenance schedules.
In addition, one to act as driver, who will care for the cars, drive family members when required including into Central London and deal with local errands, shopping etc.
You must be dog friendly and willing to care for the dog in the principal’s absence.
This position requires an experienced domestic couple, with an eye for detail and with flexibility to work longer hours when the family are in residence and taking extra time off during the families time away. Longevity in previous positions a must.
Salary negotiable depending on previous experience and longevity in previous positions. Self contained 1 bedroom and small study apartment/annex with terrace area. 1-2 days off per week. Drivers’ essential, car provided if needed. Sorry no pets. (CC4120)
