Spanish & English speakers essential

Essential Requirements: Fluent English and Spanish speakers, one must drive. Previous experience working in large private residences. Motivated, self-sufficient, discreet and responsible persons. Strong hospitality background with high attention to detail. Knowledgeable regarding fine fabrics and special finishes. Excellent communication skills. Dog lovers essential. Light cooking a plus. 

Our clients are looking for a long term, professional domestic couple to oversee the day-to-day care and management of this beautiful estate in Ibiza. The estate is 1.800m2, comprising of a newly renovated immaculate 8-bedroom villa, extensive gardens, pool areas and terraces. Used by the family and guests for approx. 4 months of the year.

The couple will be proactive and well organised to take care of all aspects of the interior managing the property effectively as a team throughout the year, reliable and dynamic with a “can do” attitude, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

The gardens and grounds are maintained by 3 full time gardeners; a chef is employed when the family are in residence and additional staff can be arranged during high season when there are guests.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure the house is kept clean and well-maintained.
  • Ensure the household runs smoothly by managing inventory, overseeing property maintenance and repairs, and maintaining household systems such as Arico’s and security systems.
  • Coordinate household events and oversee guest accommodation and hospitality.
    • Provide a high level of service to the principals and ensure their needs and preferences are met.
    • Create schedules and assign tasks to extra household staff when necessary.
    • Driving (for chauffeur services and to run errands). Car valeting and re fueling.
    • Caring for two large but very well-behaved dogs.

 Housekeeping & Property Care

• All housekeeping tasks including high end cleaning, product knowledge with great attention to detail.
• Laundry care, including delicate fabrics
• Wardrobe management and packing support
• Deep cleaning (e.g., curtains, furnishings) during off-season
• Swimming Pool maintenance.
• Preparation & service of breakfast.
• Preparing outdoor areas for use (umbrellas, towels, dining etc.)

 Hospitality Support

• Welcome guests on arrival
• Table setting and light serving when guests are present
• Driving and picking up guests and owners
• Assisting with bookings and light concierge tasks for guests

 SALARY BETWEEN 3800 – 4800 Euros NET per month DOE (14 month per year salary) 2 bedroom house attached to main house with small outside space – flexible working hours/days to accommodate when in residence. Well behaved dog welcome, sorry no cats. One must drive. ASAP Start. (CC4310)
