RESIDENTIAL COOK- HOUSEKEEPER

Essential Requirements  - Experienced Housekeeper, professional, well presented, highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.  Experience maintaining luxury clothing and fabrics. Ability to prepare fresh healthy cooking, confident in the kitchen. Good communication skills and Fluent English essential. Non-Smoker. Most of all – a happy disposition, respectful and a team player. EU Passport essential. Driving Licence useful but not essential.

 Large villa of HNW clients in a beautiful location in Paphos Cyprus. The principals are a mature business couple with no pets and no children. They also have a villa in Dubai. This position requires travel between the 2 homes– based in Cyprus between May and November, relocating to Dubai end of November to April.

There are outside staff employed which includes Driver, garden contractors, window cleaners etc.

 You will work alongside another housekeeper on a daily rota 9am to 2.30pm and again 7-9pm. You will work a 5 day week with flexibility when required.

 Duties include but not limited to:

1. Overall responsibility for maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness throughout.
2. Overall responsibility for all housekeeping duties within the residence
3. Confident cook of fresh healthy meals, to include meat and fish.
4. Laying and serving at table.
5. Daily management of the housekeeping function, monitoring of interior tasks. Liaison with the principals, ensuring good communication.
6. Overseeing daily laundry routine, monitoring the movement of linens & clothing from laundry to correct locations. Arranging and organising specialist dry cleaning.
7. Work closely with the principals, reporting any damage to fabrics, fixtures and fittings etc.
8. Cleaning and polishing of shoes, boots, sports footwear.
9. Running errands, liaison with the driver with shopping list for fresh ingredients and ordering housekeeping supplies and maintenance of stock.
10. Assist with management of petty cash – recording and receipts.
11. Ensuring the housekeeping team is always represented in a professional capacity.

 SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE – 2 days off per week.

Accommodation provided in separate annex– own room, bathroom with AC AND WIFI. Uniform, food and health care provided.  ASAP Start ( CC4231)
