HOUSEKEEPER/COMPANION
NR HARROGATE, NORTH YORKSHIRE
Live Out or Live In
4 Days per week – 7am to 6pm
Ideally Weds Thurs Fri Sat but flexible
Essential Requirements: Previous Housekeeping/Laundry Experience, Dog Lover, Friendly, kind and caring personality. Attention to detail, well presented with fluent English. Driver with own car essential.A newly created position for clients in a rural location close to Harrogate. A four-bedroom detached property with a swimming pool and gardens. We are looking for a candidate ideally with previous private house experience who has excellent attention to detail, who is proactive and flexible.
• Daily cleaning to a high standard.
• Care of specialist finishes – Marble, Wood, Granite
• Making beds and changing linens
• Sorting, washing, unloading laundry – confident with handwashing.
• Ironing
• Controlling housekeeping supplies, local shopping and provisioning.
• Feed and walk of 2 small dogs
• Companionship to mature lady of 82 yrs
• Light family cooking would be welcome but not essential
• Organisation of external contractors, arrange repairs and general household management.Salary in the region of £40-45,000 Gross -but Negotiable depending on previous experience. Accommodation is available if required. Start and finish times are flexible depending on individual needs. ASAP Start. Driver essential due to the location. (CC4378)
